Booking YOUR ATLANTA PHOTOSHOOT
Our sessions include wardrobe, makeup and styling.
1. WHEN TO BOOK:
To ensure availability, plan to book your photoshoot based on the following time frames:
- For maternity and newborn sessions, we recommend booking during your second trimester to ensure availability.
For newborn shoots, we reserve your due date in advance. Once your baby arrives, please reach out as soon as possible so we can schedule your session within the first two weeks after birth.
-1st birthday sessions should be scheduled when your baby turns 6-9months.
- All other sessions should be booked 1-2 months prior to your desired shoot date. For Pricing information: Click Here.
2. HOW TO BOOK YOUR SHOOT:
We have convenient online booking so that you can schedule your session at any time. To secure a shoot date on our calendar, we require a non refundable session fee and signed contract. Session fees range from $150-$450 depending on the shoot time. Photos are sold separately, one week after your shoot.
3. PREPARATION
1-2 weeks after booking, we will have a zoom planning call where we will provide:
- A mood bored with ideas for your shoot
- A curated list of Studio or Outdoor Locations to Choose From
- Make up and Wardrobe (Maternity clients will choose their maternity gown from our client closet.)
- Your own personalized web portal which will house your signed contract, invoices and shoot details.
4. SHOOT DAY
If your session includes makeup and wardrobe, we’ll start with pampering and styling so you feel your absolute best. For families, especially with little ones, we create a fun, low-pressure environment—complete with snacks and breaks as needed—to keep kids happy and engaged. During the shoot, I’ll guide you every step of the way with hands-on posing help, so you never have to worry about what to do in front of the camera.
5. POST SHOOT
One week after your shoot, we’ll meet over Zoom for your ordering appointment. You’ll view your images and purchase your favorite images. We offer a range of digitals and prints. We then edit the purchased images and send them to you within 10 days of your ordering appointment.
